Original artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, written content, branding, and other creative materials created and owned by JILL may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from JILL.

JILL does not claim ownership of intellectual property belonging to third parties.

Custom Orders and Customer-Provided Materials

Customers requesting customization are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, photographs, names, logos, graphics, or other materials they provide may legally be used for the requested purpose.

By submitting materials to JILL for a custom order, the customer confirms that they own the submitted material or have the necessary authorization to provide and use it.

Submission of material does not guarantee that JILL will accept or reproduce it. JILL reserves the right to decline any custom request or submitted material at its discretion, including requests that may raise intellectual property, legal, safety, or policy concerns.

JILL does not claim ownership of customer-provided materials or third-party trademarks, copyrighted works, characters, logos, or other intellectual property.

Handmade Products

Many JILL products are handmade, personalized, or made to order. Because of the handmade nature of these products, slight variations in color, size, placement, texture, or appearance may occur.

These variations are a natural part of handmade production and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Orders and Store Policies

Custom and personalized products are subject to the cancellation, return, and refund conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy.
