Based on limited in-house testing, this size is generally suitable for up to about 25 children and up to approximately 15 lb of suitable fillers. Capacity varies and is not guaranteed. Adult setup and supervision are recommended.

Production & Shipping

Every JILL item is handmade, decorated, or personalized to order; it is not ready-made stock. Production begins after the design mockup is approved, when applicable. Please review the product page for current production timing and place time-sensitive orders early.

Shipping estimates begin after production and are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking is provided when your order ships. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. See our Shipping Policy for complete terms.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because customized, personalized, and handmade items are made specifically for you, sales are final except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and may not be accepted once production has begun.

Custom Artwork & Approval

Provide clear, high-resolution files and accurate personalization details. A digital mockup will be sent for approval on custom designs. Production begins only after approval. Please carefully check spelling, colors, images, quantities, placement, and other details.

You must have permission to use any submitted photographs, logos, artwork, graphics, or other materials. JILL may adjust or decline requests for legal, technical, safety, or production reasons.
